controlcharts: Interactive Plotting for Funnel, Sigma, and Statistical Process Control Charts

Generate interactive funnel plots, multi-indicator sigma charts, and statistical process control ('SPC') charts. Chart calculation and plotting use JavaScript, allowing dynamic charts without a Shiny server.
